The Player
Des attended Clarkston High School in Clarkston, Michigan and was a 4-star recruit as a two-way player (defensive back and wide receiver), projecting as the 14th top linebacker recruit in the nation (Rivals). Des enrolled at USC in January 2024 and appeared in nine games as a true freshman in the 2024-2025 season, recording 8 tackles, 4 pressures, 2 PBUs, 1 INT and 1 forced fumble. Des’ 2 PBUs and 78.9 coverage grade each rank 2nd in the nation among 2028 NFL Draft eligible linebackers (PFF). In 2025, Des looks to build upon his strong freshman debut with a breakout sophomore campaign.
The Person
Off the field, Des enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and teammates and is the current reigning team champion of the EA Sports College Football video game. In his free time, Des also enjoys fashion and playing basketball. Des is a real estate development major and studies at the USC Price School of Public Policy.
