BJ began his college career at Incarnate Ward (2021-2022), starting 12 games as a true sophomore and recording 14 PBUs and one INT. BJ subsequently transferred to UAB after the 2022 season, and in 2023, BJ led UAB with a team-high ten PBUs and two INTs. BJ’s ten PBUs ranks 5th among returning defensive backs nationwide. BJ’s elite cover skills, ball production and football instincts earned several accolades, including 2023 All-AAC Defensive Newcomer of the Year and First Team All-AAC (College Football Network). In 2024, BJ looks to continue his ascent as one of the nation’s top CBs at Texas A&M.
Off the field, BJ enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle, reading, finding new music, studying investment trends and opportunities, managing his AirBNB property, exploring the latest in fashion and jewelry, and spending time with family. After a big win or hitting a training goal, you can likely find BJ at American Deli treating himself to a reward meal.
