The Player
Curtis attended Cabell Midland High School in Ona, West Virginia and was ranked a top-three HS prospect in West Virginia as a two-way player (linebacker and running back). Curtis began his college career at West Virginia University, appearing in 23 games, recording 16 tackles, 10 stops, 9 hurries, and 3 rushing touchdowns as a two-way threat at linebacker and running back. In recognition of Curtis’ ability to contribute in all three phases and in the most critical moments of the game, Curtis earned his “Mr. Do-It-All” nickname in 2025. In 2026, Curtis will be suiting up for Virginia Tech and looks to build upon an impressive sophomore campaign with a breakout junior season.
The Person
Off the field, Curtis is a dedicated student-athlete and is a Dean’s list honoree for maintaining a 3.5+ GPA while pursuing a degree in Land & Energy Development. Curtis will be majoring in Geography at Virginia Tech. Outside of his studies, Curtis enjoys staying active, exploring investment opportunities and studying market trends, spending quality time with his parents and sister, and likes to relax by listening to new music and playing video games.
