The Person
Akili began his college career at Oregon State (2019-2023), appearing in 48 games with 25 starts and recording 151 ToT, 5.5 TFLs, 11 PBUs, three INTs, three QB hurries, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery. In 2023, Akili earned a 87.1 coverage grade, ranking him 2nd in the nation among returning draft eligible safeties in the 2025 class (PFF), and was named All-Pac 12 Honorable Mention. In 2024, Akili looks to build on his 2023 breakout season and will be suiting up for USC in his final year of college football.
Off the field, Akili enjoys working out, fashion, playing video games, getting involved in the community, and spending time with his friends and family.
